New CTL Production Line Commissioned, Enhancing Both Manufacturing Capacity and Transformer Core Quality

Tianli Iron Core is pleased to announce the successful installation, commissioning, and start-up of its new CTL1000-28S Fully Automatic Cut-to-Length (CTL) Line.
Specifically designed for transformer core manufacturing, this advanced production line is capable of processing grain-oriented electrical steel (CRGO) coils up to 1,000 mm in width. The entire production process, including decoiling, shearing, step-lap cutting, bending, and automatic stacking, is fully automated, significantly increasing production efficiency and shortening lead times for large-volume orders.
Equipped with a high-precision servo-controlled CNC cutting system, the new line ensures exceptional dimensional accuracy and consistency of transformer core laminations. By maintaining tight manufacturing tolerances, it helps reduce core no-load losses and improve overall transformer performance. The production quality fully complies with the stringent requirements of both oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers.
The line is also equipped with an enclosed dust-control and noise-reduction system, providing a cleaner production environment and further improving the flatness, consistency, and assembly accuracy of the finished core components.
